It examines common challenges business owners face to ensure business survival, such as the impact of opening a new branch, losing business to competitors, profitability of popular products, special order profitability, and growth through new market segments. The course aims to provide students with a broad understanding of management accounting functions. By course end, students should understand different cost behaviors and how to prepare useful reports documenting these costs to support informed business decisions.
