Learning outcomes: The student masters the basics of regulation concerning the activities and structure of public administration, understands the position, tasks, and characteristics of administrative law as part of the legal system, is able to analyze the legal differences between public and private activities, knows the basics of good governance, the procedure to be followed in administrative matters by state and municipal authorities, and the key content of the administrative legal protection system and legality supervision. The course strengthens the following common learning objectives of the major in public law: the ability to evaluate public activities from a legal perspective and the ability to solve legal interpretation issues encountered in working life and identify relevant legal sources. The student also develops problem-solving and interaction skills. In terms of sustainable development, the goal is to learn to develop effective, responsible, and transparent institutions at all levels. Content: General doctrines of administrative law, activities and structure of public administration, basics of good governance, handling of administrative matters by authorities, public access to administration, supervision of administration, legal protection in administration Study and assessment methods: Active participation in exercises.
