Prerequisites: No prerequisites / propaedeutics are required Learning objectives: https://www.uniud.it/it/didattica/corsi/area-scientifica/agraria/laurea/scienze-per-lambiente-e-la-natura/corso/regolamento-didattico-corso/all-B2 Contents: The course aims to make known and understood multilevel regulatory sources and issues main inherent to the environmental law (such as those concerning the use of the soil, pollution, the landscape, the Environmental TU, the Forestry TU, the protected areas, the agronomic use, the spontaneous fruits, etc.), to build a reference framework declined by the system of sources, entering into the dictation of useful fundamental legal texts for the training of the professionalism of operators in the sector, also in order to enter into relations with the labor market. We aim to develop: - Autonomy of judgment on the fundamental aspects of the institutional system and of main legal institutions on which it will operate. - Ability to communicate on legal issues with technicians and operators in the public and private sectors. - Ability to interpret and contextualize the legal dictation in the reference sector Teaching methods: The course includes lectures and lectures on the team platform, the examination of relevant regulatory provisions and jurisprudence with the additions agreed with the teacher. Exercises, workshops and / or seminars. In-depth moments may be organized with the intervention of Italian and foreign lecturers, aimed at develop understanding and relationships (also) with the business world and with territory. Assessment: There will be an oral final exam and in itinere exams Readings: Diritto forestale e transizione ambientale (a cura di N. Ferrucci e M. Brocca), Giappichelli, Torino, 2025; in addition, the material and texts indicated or provided directly by the teacher. Alternatively, the texts and the bibliography they must be agreed with the teacher.
