Social Psychology is a discipline concerned with describing, explaining, and predicting individuals' behavior in situations of social influence; that is, it mainly focuses on understanding the causes or factors that shape our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in social situations. It is a discipline with important connections to others such as sociology and anthropology (among others), which are also interested in human behavior and social phenomena.
