The project concept Different perspectives on projects, project management, and project success Defining the project Managing, executing, and ending the project Organizing, teaming and leading the project Managing uncertainty in the project Stakeholders – analysis, interaction and communication Learning and innovating in projects Project portfolio management, organizing, and processes Preconditions for implementing project portfolio management Teaching will take place in the form of lectures which include exercises and presentations. The purpose of lectures is to give an overview of the contents of the syllabus plus to help students understand complex theories and methods in the syllabus. To train the students in preparing the individual parts of a project proposal, they will be given assignments to solve between lectures. To train the student's competences to present their solutions, they will be asked to upload solutions before lectures, and to present solutions during lectures. To further the student's ability to reflect on and discuss solutions by application of theories and concepts from the course, solutions will be discussed in class.
