Description
This course deals with the principles and methods of agile software development. You will receive an overview of the development methods' characteristics and their application areas. The course teaches you how to assess initial project situations, how to choose appropriate development methods, and how to create agile requirements. Changes in the project can be managed very well using agile methods. You will learn in detail about and apply the two methods Scrum and Kanban that are often used in everyday business. Sie erhalten einen Überblick über die Merkmale von Entwicklungsmethoden und deren Anwendungsgebiete. Der Kurs vermittelt Ihnen Kenntnisse wie Sie Projektausgangssituationen beurteilen und dementsprechend geeignete Entwicklungsmethoden auswählen können und wie Sie agile Anforderungen erstellen sollten. Veränderungen im Projekt kann man sehr gut durch agile Methoden beherrschen. Dazu lernen Sie die zwei häufig im betrieblichen Alltag verwendeten Methoden Scrum und Kanban detailliert kennen und anwenden.
