Description

Module 07 addresses how research and scientific knowledge can be used for practice-related development processes—how research-based practice development can be designed, what difficulties are involved, and what solutions emerge. The core idea is to combine existing scientific knowledge with other knowledge forms (contextual knowledge, action knowledge, experiential knowledge) to transform processes, practices, and structures toward multidimensionally justified offerings. The module is oriented toward the structure and process of design thinking. Design thinking is a methodological approach used to solve problems and develop new ideas aimed at social innovation. Additionally, the module provides insights into various projects situated at the intersection of scientific and professional practice.
