Organisations across various industry sectors are increasingly impacted by digital technologies. To survive and thrive, they must adapt swiftly and identify new strategic opportunities to create value for customers and partners. Continuous innovation, collaboration, and unparalleled customer insight and foresight are essential for organisations to succeed in their digital transformation.    In this course, we will explore the impact of digital and AI transformation on organisations, customers, and the broader environment. We will examine different approaches to becoming a successful digital organisation, while also discussing some of the challenges and ethical considerations of this digital transition.    Using examples and case studies, this course will develop students' understanding of current business practices, supported by the latest academic research. Students will engage in applied tasks, utilising frameworks to develop strategic digital business solutions.
