EPPM3223 International Human Resources Management 3 This course provides an understanding of human resource management practices in the international domain. The focus is on human resource management towards enhancing the capabilities and competitive advantages of global or multinational organizations. Topics of discussion include human resource planning, recruitment, selection, and career planning in expatriation activities. Students are also given exposure to diversity management and the impact of differences in the socio-cultural, economic and political factors of the host country and the country of origin on the human resources of the organization.
