Description

Food safety is essential for maintaining public health and is a critical issue for food-related companies' survival. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), 'food hygiene' is defined as all necessary measures to ensure the safety, wholesomeness (beneficial qualities), and integrity (completeness) of food at all stages from growth, production, or manufacturing to final consumption by humans. This lecture broadly explains topics mainly indicated by keywords based on this definition.
