Description

This course aims to acquire basic theories and models related to corporate finance, understand fundamental approaches to bridging the gap between theory and reality, and be aware of key points when applying them in practice. It seeks to strengthen awareness of reconciling the gap between theory and reality in the VUCA era, exacerbated by phenomena such as the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ukraine invasion, and the rise of block economies, as well as managing sharpening contradictions and conflicts in management.
