Microsystems for Health (Thérèse Leblois, 8h) This is a review of microsystems used in health and biomedical analysis. Within the context of sensor miniaturization, this course highlights high-level instrumentation associated with humans and their environment. Advanced Cleanroom Technologies (Thérèse Leblois, 4h) This course provides additional knowledge about machining and deposition techniques already covered during the second-year semester. Laser machining, ultrasonic machining, and plasma machining methods will be discussed.
