Description
& Objectives This course provides general knowledge on the international relations (IR). It offers an interdisciplinary approach to the world politics, combining conceptual tools, historical insight, and empirical evidences to understand the nature of global society. This class will introduce the students of core concepts of world politics and the changed characteristics of global society mainly influenced by the worldwide phenomenon of globalization. The course will explore a variety of topic ranging from international peace & security, sovereignty, hegemony, international organizations, poverty & wealth, climate change, and other significant issues.
