Description

This course provides students with a relatively in-depth and systematic understanding of Japan's cultural characteristics and social structure, enabling them to correctly comprehend the behavior of Japanese citizens and various social organizations. It covers the basic conditions and related systems of Japanese society, culture, education, politics, and economy after World War II. The content includes brief introductions to relevant disciplinary theories and analyses of Japan's actual situation. The course consists of 11 sessions, each with three classes: 4 sessions on society (including education), 4 on culture (including politics), 2 on economy, and the 11th session is an exam.
