Teaching Objectives: The goal of this course is to help students build a basic understanding of law, with a focus on civil and commercial law. For this purpose, the sessions will provide an introduction to the following topics: Basic Concepts of Civil Law and Basic Concepts of Commercial Law. Teaching Content: As a basic course, the goal is to help students build the necessary basic capacity regarding the understanding of Civil and Commercial Law legal terms, legal structure, and legal application, paving the way for mastering the basic knowledge regarding the mechanisms of these laws, which would be beneficial for future study and research in relevant fields. Grading: Mid-term Exam: 30%, Final Exam: 60%, Class Participation: 10%. Required textbooks and references: Designated Reading Materials provided in class.
