Description
Teaching Objectives: The objectives of this course are as follows: 1. Introduce the practical process of business transactions, including contract negotiation, drafting, and management; 2. Provide negotiation strategy training in the context of business transactions; 3. Experience the progress of business transactions during the business negotiation process; 4. Learn about business and legal issues related to business negotiations and apply them in simulated exercises. Teaching Content: The course content includes: 1. Mastering and understanding the key issues involved in international business contract negotiation, drafting, and management; 2. Studying, analyzing, and discussing practical cases of international business contract negotiation, drafting, and management. Grading: Class participation 30%, Midterm report 30%, Final report 40%. Required textbooks and references: Daniel D. Bradlow and Jay Gary Finkelstein, Negotiating Business Transactions (Wolters Kluwer, 2nd edn, 2018); Paul A.
