Description
Teaching Objectives: To survive in the commercial market, brand strategy and management is undoubtedly one of the important intangible capabilities of enterprises. This course aims to increase students’ brand knowledge and strategic management capability. Teaching Content: Lectures, case analysis, industry expert seminars, classroom discussions. Grading: 50% regular performance (including attendance, classroom discussion, class attitude, and individual assignments), case analysis and industry expert report 50% (the above distribution may be adjusted based on actual execution). Required textbooks and references: Strategic Brand and Management by Keller and Swaminathan, Fifth edition, Global edition, Huatai Culture; journal articles.
