Teaching Objectives: To introduce the functions, issuance, trading, organizational structures, and management systems of various financial markets, grasp the operational models of international financial markets and domestic financial markets, enabling students to understand the development trends of modern financial markets and the current situation of our country's financial market. Teaching Content: Pre Course: Statistics, Accounting, Financial Management. Outline: Statistical Analysis Software and Related Notes. Teaching Method: Lecture, Discussion, and Presentation. Grading: 60% regular performance, 10% midterm, 30% final. Required textbooks and references: Mishkin and Eakins, 'Financial Market & Institutions', the latest version; Financial Institutions Management: A Risk Management Approach / Saunders / the latest version; Contemporary Financial Markets / Hsieh Jianping, published by Zhisheng.
