Description

An engagement with nature is fundamental to a wide range of literature and close scrutiny of the form and function of that engagement, particularly within the context of the particular period of literary production, is a remarkably productive analytical framework. Because instructors might approach the topic using very different bodies of literature -- one might imagine this course focusing on Romantic Poetry, for example, or dystopian fiction.
