Caring Organization and Psychological Health at Work

Description

Several contemporary issues (work intensification, the Covid-19 pandemic, etc.) add to the challenges of psychological health at work and modify organizational practices. This course is an introduction to the concepts of psychological health and the principles that should guide prevention and decision-making regarding major issues related to psychological health at work and the employment integration of people experiencing these challenges.
