Oral Algonquian Structure Part III

Description

Advanced study of word structure patterns in Algonquian languages spoken by students in the class. Word structure components, noun and verb conversion, noun incorporation, and other patterns of word formation. Practice with creation and analysis of complex works. Further development of writing skills through composition, and reading skills through work with existing and self-created texts. Prerequisites: Algonquian 1212 and 1232 Calendar Offering Pattern: 3-0; or 3-0 Notes: For students in the KITEP Program or with Permission of the Chair of Keewatinase - Indigenous Education Department.
