Description
This course provides an overview of environmental issues' types and structures, as well as principles and methods of environmental legal policies, utilizing knowledge from law, policy analysis, microeconomics, and more. Course format varies by instructor. The first half features discussion-based classes with about 50 minutes of lecture followed by 40 minutes of questions and discussion; grading is based on class participation. The second half begins each session with a review, followed by a lecture; grading is based on reaction paper submissions after each session.
