Over 15 classes, this course provides information on legal resolutions for workplace issues that may arise for those who will be employed by companies, research institutes, government offices, schools, etc., or for those who will employ others. Topics include salary, absenteeism, overtime, job offers, promotions, transfers, dismissals, annual paid leave, flextime, labor accidents, inventor rights, gender equality, childcare/elderly care leave, part-time workers, temporary workers, strikes, and the right to organize.
