Description

This course explores classical events (cases) that led to the discovery and understanding of international law, allowing participants to re-experience them. Through this process, the principles and rules of international law will be confirmed. International law is not something directly in front of us like a civil code. Through lively discussions and intellectual exercises beyond textbooks and articles, the course aims to answer the question: What is international law?
