Inductive Statistics

Description

At the end of the course, students should be able: to handle and apply principles and elementary techniques from inductive statistics, to situate and evaluate common analyses and parametric and nonparametric test used in behavioral research, to recognize in simple behavioral research publications the used analyses and tests, to evaluate their use and to read critically the results, to apply these techniques on simple data sets and to interpret the results and to interpret the results, to execute power calculations for these analyses, and to make use of statistical software for these analyses.
