After completing the Master’s thesis, students should be able to: - conduct independent research within their own discipline; more specifically, students should be able to: - provide a theoretical foundation for their research by responsibly searching, selecting and critically discussing scientific literature. - formulate a research question. - select, apply and evaluate an adequate research method in a responsible and transparent manner. - draw valid conclusions and offer critical reflections. - report on the research conducted for their Master’s thesis in academic English and in a responsible and transparent manner.
