Learning goals Based on the general education of previous courses in law and/or economics and on the acquired basic knowledge of general principles of fiscality, this course offers a specialization within the domain of registration- and succession law. In this course fiscal questions concerning the private atmosphere will be answered, but also the transfer from private property to the next generation, with effect of life as well as with effect of decease will be studied.
