Knowledge: Calculation Methods for systematic approaches and elaborating practical problems using spatial geometry, movement and external forces and force equilibrium of rigid bodies external force equilibria, internal force equilibrium and deformation of deformable bodies and structures (always with energy as a unifying principle) These calculation methods are the transition from the vectorial and / or conceptual approach from Applied Mechanics 1 & 2 for methods that are suitable for computer support (eg. Multibody dynamics, finite elements). Skills : Independently formulating and solving problems related to spatial geometry, movement, external and internal forces, equilibrium, equations of motion, deformation. Attitudes : Energy as a unifying concept. Attention to units.
