By the end of this course, students will be able to: Understand key anthropological theories of power and politics. Analyze case studies of political structures, power relations, and conflict from various cultures. Critically evaluate how power dynamics are shaped by ethnicity, gender, class, and colonial histories. Reflect on contemporary global political issues through an anthropological lens These aims are communicated to the students at the start of the course.
