Description

This course evaluates the following learning outcomes: The student 2.1 (BMO) advises effective strategies for international operations of firms. 3.1. (BMO) plans, organizes, implements and optimalises internationalisation strategies, taking into account fundamental differences between countries. 4.1. (BMO) estimates the impact of societal developments such as globalization, regionalization, and socioenvironmental challenges on firms' international strategies. 10.1. (BMO) reflects critically about the way in which important evolutions in international management need to be translated into organizational strategies, taking into account the idiosyncracies of the specific firm context 11.1 (BMO) realizes that he/she will end up in a rapidly evolving knowledge economy with major sustainability challenges, and is aware of the necessicity to update and improve acquired knowledge, capabilities and competences in his/her field.
