Description

The goal of this course is to offer an insight into some of the most frequently used statistic methods and into linear programming. It is important for students to gain insight in the concrete applications of these models and techniques in business economics and management. After the course, students have to be able to execute a statistical analysis and a linear optimization, as well as understand the use of these models and techniques in the economic and management literature. The course is aimed at students who already posses a sufficient basic knowledge of statistics.
