Description
At the end of this course, the student is able to: vocalise an entire Classical Arabic text translate a Classical Arabic text into Dutch name the main characteristics of Classical Arabic, comparing them to those of Modern Standard Arabic and Qur'anic Arabic list the main dictionaries of Classical Arabic (Lane, Kazimirski, Dozy etc.) and be able to work with them.
