Exercise: Information Literacy

Description

In the exercise on information literacy, students develop a white paper as a team, thereby gaining insight into various facets of competent and responsible information acquisition, processing, and dissemination. (The exact topic will be developed in the first session.) They actively contribute their knowledge and skills acquired during their studies and apply them in a practice-oriented manner. They are supported by regular organizational and planning meetings as well as suitable workshops from the University Library's information literacy offerings. Thus, the exercise, partly designed as a 'simulation game,' also offers the opportunity to learn about and practically test management and organizational forms.
