Description

Do you feel unprepared to manage your own team? Are you unsure what it means to work with Human Resources? People are the most valuable resource in companies. As future leaders, how can you succeed without learning to manage and collaborate effectively with teams? This course will provide you with the key principles to succeed as managers or HR professionals in your future company. Business schools have traditionally focused on marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship. However, we've found that students often have limited knowledge of people management, despite being expected to become great leaders. Meanwhile, Human Resource Management has become more strategic, driven by factors such as industry disruption, the war for talent, the need for different generations to work together, and the use of data to improve people management (People Analytics).
