Description

- Through this class, students can learn the kinematics, dynamics, and control of a robot manipulator. - Also, students will study lagrangian dynamics of a robot. - Students will learn a basic and overall concepts of industrial robots including a coordinate system, position/compliance control, path determination, obstacle avoidance, and application of robots. - Students will derive and analyze a model of robot manipulator and will perform the simulation by utilizing control methods such as PD, PID, compliance, and impedance to evaluate a performance of the robot. - Student will experience and understand a role of robot in smart manufacturing by implementing hand-on-experience using cooperative robots. - (Prerequisite subject) Dynamics
