Navigator 2: Interpersonal Skills

Content: This course is designed to equip students with the skills necessary to navigate the evolving landscape of academic studies, work and personal life, with a focus on sustainable performance and well-being. Collaboration skills are crucial in today’s work-life as they enable the pooling of diverse skills and expertise to tackle complex tasks, foster creativity and innovation, and increase efficiency. The primary objective of this course is to provide students with the necessary tools to navigate and succeed in collaborative environments. Insights will be applied through case-based practice in teamwork, interaction and communication challenges. Upon completion of the course, students are expected to be able to describe and understand key concepts and models pertaining to successful teamwork and interaction, and apply these concepts and models to gain a deeper understanding of their own role and behaviour in a team setting. The course is module 2 of the Navigator path, which is mandatory in the Bachelor in Business program. This course can only be taken by Hanken degree students within the English Bachelor in Business programme.
