Content: This course is designed to equip students with the skills necessary to navigate the evolving landscape of academic studies, work and personal life, with a focus on sustainable performance and well-being. This is the final module of the Navigator path, in which students are expected to synthesize the personal insights gained throughout all the Navigator courses and ingrain lasting positive work habits. Upon completion of the course, students will have further developed their understanding of their own role and behavior in the context of supporting and leading others. The course is module 3 of the Navigator path, which is mandatory in the Bachelor in Business program. This course can only be taken by Hanken degree students within the English Bachelor in Business programme. Learning outcomes: After completing the course, you will be able to: identify basic approaches for supporting and leading others for sustainable performance critically analyze your self-leadership and how you positively support others create a concrete plan for your own sustainable performance and wellbeing throughout the remainder of your studies
