Through a combination of lectures and practical exercises, participants gain a deeper understanding of contract law, sales law, credit and security law, intellectual property law, and labor law. In corporate law, an introduction to the legal structure and governance of companies is provided, while tax law offers insights into taxation principles for both businesses and individuals.
