Osaamistavoitteet After completing this course, the student is able to: - understand and recognize advanced use cases of spreadsheets beyond basic calculations - apply Excel effectively to solve real working-life tasks and data-related problems - use Excel’s advanced features (functions, PivotTables, macros, forms) efficiently and purposefully - select and combine appropriate Excel tools and functions for different practical situations - adopt best practices and new ways of working that improve accuracy, speed, and usability in Excel. Developing Meta-Skills: Problem-solving, Ability to quickly adopt new technologies. Sisältö - Versatile use of Excel functions and calculations (rounding, lookup, search, date and time functions). - Data analysis and reporting with PivotTables. - Designing and using forms and templates to improve usability. - Basics of macros and Visual Basic for automating repetitive tasks. - Data refining and preparation to support decision-making. - Practical tips, advanced features, and efficient working methods in Excel.
