Description

Exercise and Sports Science is a multidisciplinary field encompassing physiology, biomechanics, nutrition and the psychosocial aspects of human movement. This course provides foundational knowledge that is key to developing a sound base for understanding the health and wellness continuum between performance athletes and chronic disease patients. Theoretical and practical learning in the biophysical knowledge domains (biochemistry and energetics as well as biophysics) will be combined with professional awareness and career pathways in the exercise and sports science industry.
