This course offers a clear and educational exploration of why organizational inequalities persist despite the proliferation of measures intended to reduce them within companies. It aims to help students understand this paradox by raising awareness of the structural mechanisms that contribute to the reproduction of these inequalities. Through an intersectional feminist approach, the course invites critical analysis of how different power relations and identities intersect in the professional world, providing conceptual tools to better recognize, question, and transform these dynamics.
