Through mastering key management tools such as cost analysis, budgeting, and dashboards, students gain a solid understanding of the purposes and principles of management control. This course is intended both for students aiming for managerial roles and those planning to become management controllers, as well as anyone wishing to understand how management control systems help managers make informed operational decisions. Prior knowledge in financial and management accounting or Accounting and Control is mandatory to access this course.
