DIGITAL IMAGING AND INTERACTIVE MEDIA
Description
This course introduces the major digital and interactive media through workshops and project development. Students will gain relevant knowledge and skills in employing major digital and interactive media to raise awareness of selected social and cultural issues. These knowledge and skills can be transferable to the field of arts administration and other arts-and-cultural related business. Students will apply major visual technologies in an interactive way to create a presentation based on their study of the relationship between media and identified social and cultural issues. Medium of instruction (per EdUHK GAO course list): English. EdUHK exchange students are typically limited to a maximum of 5 courses (15 credits) per semester. Most but not all classes at EdUHK are taught in English (EMI); some are taught in Cantonese (CMI) or Putonghua. Some courses may have prerequisites, and registration must be completed via the EdUHK Portal during the published add/drop window. Only the CRNs published in the official GAO EMI/CMI Course List are open to exchange students.
