Description
– Develop a method for archiving personal projects – Produce completed documents of projects realized or in progress – Experiment with various printing and finishing methods – Raise awareness of the importance of mastering image production tools – Acquire the necessary knowledge to master desktop publishing software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) – Support students in their professionalization paths (internships, Erasmus, etc.) The first session will present the expectations of this course and the basics of desktop publishing software. Subsequent sessions will each begin with technical instruction and culminate in practical application. They are structured as follows: – Illustrator: creation of a logo – Digital camera: photographing works (packshot) – Photoshop: creating a poster from logos and photographs – Digital camera: photographing works (in context) – InDesign: project sheet design – InDesign: introduction to portfolio – InDesign: portfolio creation – InDesign and Photoshop: portfolio test printing – Printing and finishing Theoretical lessons and practical exercises Submission of 6 documents Presented at the start of each session Technical and material requirements Photographs and texts related to works in progress or completed.
