Special Events

Description

This course provides students with a basic understanding of the role of special events in nonprofit arts and community organizations. The course will cover event planning, coordination, and implementation, utilizing written materials, guest speakers, and project work. Requirements will include group and individual participation in special events in the community. (U) Occasionally Prerequisite(s): Sophomore standing or permission of the instructor
