Description

Comprehensive understanding of the computer/video gaming business and how to successfully market themselves within it. Topics include the business environment, planning and organizing a software development/gaming business, preparing a business plan, funding approaches, development contracts, hardware/software procurement, techniques involved in producing game marketing trailers, developing online companies, and the preparation and marketing of digital portfolios. Restrictions: Open to GAMD and GAMP majors and permission of the Program Director. Course Notes: Niagara College course BTGD 9864. This course may be offered in multiple modes of delivery.
