Students know the world of project management. They can recognise projects and distinguish them from other processes. They know success and failure factors of a project and can create a projec t plan with goals and deliverables as well as participate in the project itself and monitor the project progress. The students know the project steering committees and the different roles of the project participants and are able to act correctly and effici ently with them.
