Description
Co-requisite: EGR 3302 3 lecture hours This course provides students with the necessary knowledge to understand, define, and calculate different aeronautical vehicle performance configurations. It covers the following topics: Aircraft performance in steady flight; Straight and level flight; Flight limitations; Drag; performance curves in terms of thrust and power; Gliding flight; Range and endurance; Climbing flight; Aircraft performance in accelerated flight; Take-off and landing; and Turning flight.
