Description

To become a nutritionist, it is essential to master food science, nutrition, and biochemistry. Understanding these subjects requires foundational knowledge in biology and chemistry, as well as basic mathematics for chemical experiments and nutritional calculations. This course covers the fundamental knowledge of chemistry, biology, and mathematics necessary to understand the subjects required for obtaining a nutritionist license. It equips students with general knowledge, skills, literacy, and culture necessary for independent social living (Diploma Policy ②) and teaches problem-solving skills applicable to real-life and nutritionist-related challenges (Diploma Policy ⑥).
