Description

Success in a complex changing business environment requires understanding the interrelationship of the various components of business in order to analyze the health of the organization. This course provides a comprehensive overview of organizational functions and processes. It also prepares students to critically analyze business problems and develop the skills necessary to resolve them. Assessment Information: (Evaluation should align to learning outcomes.) Final exam: 22.5% Project: 30% Assignments: 15% Quizzes/tests: 32.5% % Details: Quizzes and tests include midterm worth 22.5% and weekly quizzes worth 10%. The project is a team-based project with both team and individual assessment components. Assignments include 10% participation.
